Order of arrest
1. Inform the suspect that they're under arrest.
2. Caution the suspect using the "When questioned" caution.
3. Inform the suspect the reason for arrest.
4. Search the person under section 32 PACE.
5. Bring the suspect back to the station
6. Place in a detention cell and take fingerprint & breathalyzer
7. Bring them to the Custody Sergeant (if active at the desk)
8. Take them to the search room and search them (with the Custody Sergeant if present)
9. Remove any illegal items.
10. Take the suspect to a cell and read them their rights.
11. Tell them what they're currently being charged with.
12. If they choose to call a lawyer and the lawyer arrives, take them to the interrogation room where what happens next will be discussed. Call a higher up if needed.

Rights in a cell
Please read the following rights when a suspect is in a cell.
Right to free legal advise, they must call their own lawyer once called the lawyer has 5 minutes to show up, if they do not you can continue with procedure.
Right to tell someone where you are when it is safe to do so
Right to medical help
Right to see the rules the police must follow in any language
Right to see your rights in writing in any language
If they request for their rights in another language, they must provide and call their translator on the phone in-game.
Initial Pursuit Phase
1. Callsign on radio
2. Details, e.g - Vehicle Failing to stop
3. Location and direction of travel.
4. Vehicle description: Colour, Make/Model, Registration, Occupants
5. Reason for pursuit
6. Speed and manner of driving
7. Traffic Conditions (light/moderate/heavy)
8. Weather and road conditions.
9. Risk assessment (low/mediun/high)
10. Request Tactical Options if needed (TPAC tactics, pit, etc)
